McGraw Tower
McGraw Tower
Cornell University is where Mandy Warhol spent her undergraduate days, and most of those days were spent dashing past McGraw Tower on her way to class! Built in 1891, the tower is home to the Cornell Chimes—the first chimes housed and played on an American campus. And in 1997 on her way back from lunch, Mandy spotted a pumpkin atop the tower, one of the most infamous pranks in Cornell’s history. This collage goes out to the Big Red community, or to anyone who appreciates a gorgeous masonry clock tower that makes music three times a day!
All unframed prints are carefully profiled for accurate and consistent reproduction of the original collage using giclée printing technique on fine art paper with a gently textured surface.
