Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns of unwanted items, but we will process a refund for any damages or problems with an order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and fix the problem.
Refunds
We will notify you once we hear from you, and let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
